Returnable parts

You can bring by returnable parts in person at one of our branches, or send them to our headquarters in Teplice at your own expense. If you decide to send the returnable part by post, visibly mark the box as "VRATNE DILY" (returnable parts). If you have been charged a deposit for a part, we will issue a credit note for it immediately after checking the part in our warehouse.
