Procedure for resolving complaints

In order to accept a spare part for the complaint procedure, it is necessary to duly fill in the complaint protocol (download below) and send it along with the complained part to the address below. If the complaint protocol is not filled in properly, the part will not be accepted for complaint. Mark the package visibly with the text REKLAMACE (complaint). In case of doubt, contact the complaint technician.
